Guest Rates

There are two bedrooms in the cottage. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed.

Rate includes the use of both bedrooms for up to four people, full use of the cottage with kitchen and living room. Breakfast included.

$125.00 per night

If both bedrooms are in use and you have an extra person we have an Aero bed available for $15.00 per night.

	We require a 50% deposit of your total stay to guarantee your reservation.
	The cottage is a smoke-free environment
	Check in after 4:00 or earlier if arranged in advance
	Check out 12:00 noon unless prior arrangements have been made.
	10% discount Monday through Thursday.

	Baylor special event weekends require a minimum two night stay.
	Room rates include a continental breakfast which includes, West sausage and fruit kolaches, homemade granola, sweet breads, a variety of tea, coffee, juice and other beverages in the cottage available on your wake-up schedule. Snacks are also available.
	Cash, in-state checks, Visa and Master Card are accepted. Room rates do not include applicable taxes.
	No pets please – If you arrive with a pet your reservation is automatically cancelled
	Well behaved children over 12 are welcome.
	No parties are allowed in the home with over six people without prior approval
	You are welcome to cook. The kitchen should be left as you found it.
	A minimum $25.00 excessive clean-up fee will be charged for kitchen clean-up and/or damages /breakage of cottage property. Charges will be based upon documented expenses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to seven (7) days prior to your arrival date with a refund of your deposit minus a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations, with less than seven (7) days notice, the deposit will only be refunded (minus the cancellation fee) if we are able to re-book the cottage, otherwise you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation.

Cancellations for special weekends such as Baylor home football games, Baylor Homecoming, Baylor Parent’s Week-end, Westfest and holiday week-ends, require a two week cancellation notice (14 days).

We are greatly affected by late cancellations so please make every effort to notify us if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revision.

If you make a reservation and do not arrive you will be charged the full amount.
