is conveniently located 1 mile of I35 at 1021 East Tours Road.  East Tours Rd. is 5 miles south of West, Texas and 15 miles north of Waco, Texas.

The office is at 1017 East Tours Rd.  When you arrive you will turn into the gate with the big Texas stars on it!  You will not be able to see the bed & breakfast from the road.  The privacy is part of the charm!
